Job description

The Grand over Resort and Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, is seeking a Commissary Clerk for the Food and Beverage Department.
The Commissary Clerk is responsible for various tasks related to the management and operation of the commissary within the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and purchase supplies from approved vendors using pars,
forecasts and product requests for special events.
Receive deliveries and check for accuracy. Resolve issues. Shelve and rotate
product received.
Drive company vehicle to pick up orders and products as needed.
Receive and process requisitions from food and beverage outlets.
Supervise employees presenting requests in commissary for safety and
authorization. Record transaction accurately.
Perform weekly beverage inventory and monthly commissary inventory using
FoodTrak scanner.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, stock availability, and monitor
product expiration dates.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address any concerns related to commissary
services.
Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling food items.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards within the commissary area.
