For this position we are looking to hire an aggressive closer who thrives on cold calling and relationship building in and around the Baltimore Market. We are looking for seasoned, bilingual, and entry level candidates who are eager for an opportunity to work for a fast-growing, family-owned dealership.   • Closing: Work with a seasoned Commercial Manager and learn to negotiate contracts and built a book of business.
  • Retention: Manage major accounts to ensure long-term client loyalty.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be a vehicle expert. Know the in's & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
