What You'll Do as a Commercial Sales Assistant

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by answering questions, gathering project information, and guiding them through the commercial and Flex swing set purchasing process.
  • Support the Commercial Account Executive by managing leads, scheduling follow-up activities, and keeping the sales pipeline organized and moving forward.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, project notes, and communication history within the CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Coordinate project details, documentation, and communication between customers and internal teams to support a smooth transition from sale through installation.
  • Prepare proposals, revise quotes, and assist with other sales-related administrative tasks that help keep projects on track.
  • Respond to website chats and customer inquiries with timely, knowledgeable, and professional communication.
  • Visit commercial project sites and represent King Swings at trade shows on occasion to support customer relationships and business growth.
