A respected community bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to support its growing commercial lending team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone with direct commercial loan processing experience who can step in and contribute quickly.

Requirements
  • At least two years of commercial loan processing or commercial loan operations experience with a bank, credit union or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, closing procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and learn internal systems quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Gather, prepare and review documentation for commercial loan closings.
  • Coordinate closing requirements with lenders, attorneys, title companies and internal departments.
  • Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications and ongoing loan maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate, complete and compliant loan files while supporting lenders and customers.
