The Akron, OH office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. 

The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) to fifteen (15) years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud; securities; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; partnership disputes; shareholder disputes; loan disputes; construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Candidates must have experience in all facets of litigation including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.
