Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: Houston, TX

Salary Range: $260,000 – $390,000


A leading national litigation practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Houston office. The team represents clients in complex business disputes across a variety of industries, including energy, technology, financial services, and life sciences.

This role offers substantial responsibility and direct client exposure. Associates work closely with partners and clients on all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery through depositions, arbitration, and trial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
  • Manage day-to-day case responsibilities, including discovery and motion practice
  • Take and defend depositions
