About the Role

As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in protecting businesses and reimagining how insurance services are delivered. You’ll be the trusted advisor to your portfolio of clients, delivering innovative risk management solutions and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers, serving as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized solutions, automate routine tasks, and streamline the client experience.
  • Handle day-to-day service needs, including policy changes, claims support, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries.
  • Guide clients through renewals ensuring their coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to analyze exposures, market policies, and negotiate competitive rates on new and renewal business.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of commercial insurance or account management experience preferred. Salary range, including bonus, is $57,000–$80,000+, depending on your experience and earned designations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems, such as AMS-360, and Microsoft Office Suite.
