LHH is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead in Charlotte, NC for a growing, global organization within a highly data-driven, B2B environment. This is a newly created opportunity designed to strengthen commercial execution, elevate sales performance visibility, and build scalable processes across a rapidly evolving business unit.
This position offers a unique blend of hands-on execution and process development, ideal for someone who enjoys translating data into actionable insights while influencing sales teams and business leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Performance & Insights- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into sales performance, margins, and pipeline health
- Analyze commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support leadership decision-making
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to improve organizational transparency
Forecasting & Pipeline Management- Support and drive structured forecasting cycles and pipeline review processes
- Ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and overall usability
- Proactively identify pipeline gaps and recommend corrective actions
Sales Process & CRM Optimization- Strengthen adoption and effectiveness of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Promote disciplined sales processes and consistent opportunity tracking
- Partner with sales teams to improve data accuracy and reporting reliability
Commercial Excellence Enablement- Support rollout and adoption of commercial excellence initiatives, tools, and best practices
- Provide guidance to sales teams on process adherence and technology utilization
- Reinforce consistent cadence across reporting and execution activities
Pricing & Commercial Analytics- Analyze pricing trends, discounting behavior, and deal performance
- Support margin improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
- Contribute to enhancing pricing transparency and discipline

Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics
- Proven ability to manage forecasting processes, pipeline analysis, and sales reporting
- Strong experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Background in a B2B environment (manufacturing, industrial, or similar industries preferred)
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
