Job description

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Commercial Excellence & Finance Teams as an Intern.  This is a challenging role in which you will apply your academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment while contributing to high-impact projects.   You will gain hands-on experience in areas, such as data analytics, CRM implementations, and financial systems.
 

Responsibilities
     Support ongoing CRM system implementation, including data validation, reporting, and analytics 
    Assist in reconciling data between Power BI and Oracle Cloud, ensuring alignment and accuracy across          systems 
    Validate and test report outputs from new systems to ensure data integrity and usability 
    Compile and analyze competitor, market, and industry intelligence to support commercial strategy 
    Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed across both teams 
    Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within Commercial Excellence and Finance 
 

Learning & Development Opportunities 
    Gain practical experience working with enterprise systems including CRM platforms, Power BI, and Oracle Cloud 
    Develop analytical and problem-solving skills through real-world business applications 
    Exposure to commercial strategy, financial processes, and data-driven decision making 
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, and IT 
    Build a strong foundation in corporate operations within a manufacturing environment

Requirements
    Pursuing a BS degree in business, finance or other related fields
    Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement
    Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) 
    Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data 
    Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
    Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
