The Towing Dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating and scheduling towing operations to ensure efficient and timely service for heavy duty, light duty, roadside assistance, and specialty vehicle transport. Working within a small dispatch team and reporting directly to a manager, this strictly office-based position relies on commercial dispatch platforms to monitor fleet status, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records. Success is measured by response time, customer satisfaction, call volume, and dispatch accuracy.

Responsibilities
