If you're a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Cook who takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality baked goods, we'd love to meet you. You'll help produce products for our retail bakery, wholesale partners, and special orders while developing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced artisan bakery.


What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, mix, scale, laminate, shape, proof, bake, and finish artisan breads, pastries, viennoiserie, and desserts according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Execute daily production schedules accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional consistency, freshness, and presentation.
  • Prepare, package, and label products for retail displays, wholesale accounts, and special orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked production workspace while following FIFO inventory practices and food safety standards.
  • Safely operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, proofers, and sheeters.
  • Monitor ingredient and product levels and communicate inventory or equipment needs to bakery leadership.
  • Support seasonal menu changes, recipe implementation, and new product development while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.
