Job Summary

This role manages a senior analyst supporting construction finance operations within Technology Finance, with ownership of forecasting, reporting, scorecard analytics, and operational finance workstreams. It involves leading day-to-day analytical execution, overseeing workflows in P2/Sphere, Comcast's construction project management system, and building strong cross-functional partnerships across Regional Operations, Network Capital, and Technology leadership. The role requires translating complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making on technology capital investment and construction performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day Construction Finance operations within Technology Finance, supporting forecasting, reporting, and operational workstreams
  • Coordinating monthly Construction Finance Scorecard production across 13 regions, including data validation, executive summary development, and distribution to senior leadership
  • Supporting workflows in P2/Sphere, Comcast's construction project management system, including invoice management, rate card administration, and project tracking
  • Partnering with Regional Operations, Network Capital, Regulatory Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on construction finance initiatives and operational reporting
  • Translating construction activity, capital spend, and operational finance trends into insights that inform executive decision-making on technology capital investment
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, setting objectives and ensuring the quality of work
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide financial management
  • Translating complex financial information into clear, concise reports for stakeholders
  • Leading the team's collaboration on special projects, providing financial expertise to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conducting economic evaluations to support strategic financial planning and inform portfolio decisions
  • Monitoring financial trends, providing insights to integrate into the organization's strategic planning
  • Working with internal finance teams or business leaders to deliver on finance projects that enhance strategic decision-making
  • Developing team members through training and coaching, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
