Villani Landshapers is seeking a Lead Seasonal Color Foreman to guide our Seasonal Color Crew in creating and maintaning stunning outdoor displays (from spring blooms to holiday dรฉcor) on a variety of commercial properties across Southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, has a passion for detail, and enjoys mentoring a team.

Requirements:

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead and work alongside a crew of 2โ€“4 team members to install spring, summer, fall and winter/holiday plantings and dรฉcor
  • Prepare planting beds and containers for annuals and perennials
  • Plant according to design plans with strong attention to detail
  • Perform ongoing bed care and pruning during the growing season
  • Water and care for plant material to ensure healthy growth
  • Train, mentor, and support crew members
  • Manage labor hours to meet or stay within budget
  • Communicate professionally with clients, sales staff, and management
  • Enforce safety policies and company standards on job sites
  • Lead by example with Villani Landshapersโ€™ Passion for Detail
  • Option to participate in Villani's snow removal program in the winter
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Valid Wisconsin driverโ€™s license with insurable driving record required
  • Experience in landscaping, seasonal color, floral design, or similar outdoor work (preferred)
  • Leadership or crew-lead experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform physical work up to 12 hours/day in varying weather conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Applicator License a plus (pay incentive offered to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

$23-$25 per hour to start (based on experience)
