What You'll Do

We're looking for a recent college graduate to join our Employee Experience team. This is an entry-level role for someone who is curious about people, organizations, and how great workplaces are built, and who wants to start a career in HR. We value the fresh energy and ideas that early-career talent brings through a different lens, and we want to channel that into how our people function works.

You'll be based within Employee Experience, which sits at the center of how our people function operates. That gives you exposure across all areas of HR where you'll work closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs), get hands-on with their processes, and look for opportunities to drive efficiency and bring new ideas to the table. You won't be expected to walk in as an HR expert; you'll be expected to bring energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

  • Support Employee Experience programs that shape how employees experience the organization, from onboarding through their everyday working life.
  • Work across all areas of HR through your role in Employee Experience, partnering with our Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, People Operations/HR Shared Services, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Get hands-on with COE processes and live projects, learning how each area operates and looking for ways to make it more efficient.
  • Bring a fresh perspective. Ask questions, challenge how things are done, and surface new ideas to improve our processes and employee experience.
  • Help with day-to-day HR operations, learning the systems (e.g., Workday) and workflows that keep the function running.
  • Build relationships across the organization and develop a network of colleagues across the people function.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine curiosity about people and organizations, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort working with a range of people across teams.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and good judgment when working with confidential information.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset. Comfortable working across different teams and picking things up quickly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / collaboration tools; exposure to HR systems is a plus but not expected.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to start your HR career with broad exposure across the function, real responsibility, and the support to learn and grow. We're excited about the energy and fresh thinking new graduates bring, and we're committed to helping you build a strong foundation for your career.
