Mission I am looking for an accounting analyst to cover a parental leave position through September 2027. The role is with a food industry company in Laval. Your responsibilities will include: -Managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, sending out account statements, and following up on collections.

-Managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and tracking payments. -Entering accounting data and maintaining up-to-date customer, supplier, and product records. -Perform various accounting reconciliations and analyses, including expense tracking.

-Process purchase receipts and ensure the accuracy of inventory costs. -Participate in the management and reconciliation of inventories across various warehouses. -Prepare certain administrative reports and filings, including IFTA filings.

-Issue credit memos and track merchandise returns. -Provide quality customer service and respond to requests from customers and suppliers. -Participate in the accounting management of the production division, including tracking costs and inventory.
