Job description

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help assist the Office Manager by managing day-to-day office operations. This role involves performing reception duties, handling phone communications, updating job records daily, managing collections, and assisting the office manager with various administrative tasks. The position requires occasional handling of confidential information and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite along with specialized office management software. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with several benefits available after the first year of employment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform reception duties including answering phones and communicating with office staff
  • Communicate with project managers to receive job updates and enter and update job information into office systems on a daily basis
  • Manage correspondence and maintain records accurately
  • Assist with collections
