Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a firm AR portfolio with updated and accurate notes in the case management system
  • Document collection status in the case management system on each matter
  • Daily communication with clients to collect on open invoices
  • Reconcile payments with the AR ledger and correct discrepancies
  • Respond to partner inquires timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Special projects relating to Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • Assist with trust/IOLTA account tracking and reconciliation in compliance with applicable rules
  • Track outstanding receivables and support collections follow-up
  • Help prepare month-end and ad hoc financial reports
  • Daily cash reconciliations
  • Run weekly and monthly reports and identify and correct discrepancies 

Qualifications:
  • Accounting degree required
  • Must be able to commute to Woodbury, New York (our Long Island office)
