Job description

The Administrative Assistant with AR/AP Knowledge will support the organization's financial and administrative operations within a small team of 1-3 members. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role is essential in managing accounts receivable and payable processes along with performing general office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
