What You'll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you'll serve as a key member of the leadership team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and developing our front-of-house team.


Responsibilities include:
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless execution of lunch, dinner, private dining, and special events.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop service professionals through consistent feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure flawless execution of food and beverage service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining exceptional hospitality talent.
  • Monitor labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Assist in achieving financial goals through inventory management, cost controls, and operational discipline.
  • Serve as a visible leader during service, setting the tone for professionalism and hospitality.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale, luxury, or fine dining environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing hospitality teams.
  • Exceptional guest recovery and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurant experience.
  • Wine knowledge or WSET/Court of Master Sommeliers education.
  • Experience managing high-volume luxury restaurants.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
