Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Reachback Mid-Level All Source Intel. Collection Requirements Manager to support a federal government client.

Job Requirements
Desired experiences:
  • At least three years operational Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Thorough understanding of DoD and Service analytical tools to include RMT/ODL, DCGS-A, Palantir, and BI2R.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development such as Palantir, RMT, TAC, All Source Data bases, Google Maps or other social networking analysis software.
  • Experience with ICREACH, Voltron or PROTON.
  • Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.).
  • Strong writing and briefing skills.
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.

Desired education:
  • Associate's Degree OR at least two years of direct intelligence analysis experience.

Highly desired education and experience:
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent military enlisted or company grade officer experience.
  • Background in DoD or service manned or unmanned collection platform capabilities, collection planning, synchronization, execution, and assessment.
  • Knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures.
  • Previous joint military experience.
  • OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.

Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI scope Polygraph or willing to undergo CI scope polygraph.
