Job Description The Engagement Expert has the responsibility of ensuring the development and implementation of effective engagement initiatives that will promote the company's culture and keep employees engaged. This include but not limited to providing customized solutions, managing the creation, coordination, and execution of various employee engagement initiatives as well as creating content/marketing materials, and managing communications within the team as with cross-team projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promotes the vision, mission, and values of the company

  • Plans and organizes engagement activities by managing employee engagement initiatives and communications including analyzing iSpeak, Collab Index, and other surveys in partnership with HR.

  • Partners with IT, graphic design, and marketing partners to assess, develop, manage, and measure digital communication channels

  • Responsible in the forecast and management of the engagement budget

  • Conducts weekly/monthly review to monitor progress vs. plan and provides report as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years work experience preferably in project, change, events management

  • Event and project management skills; Effective planning & organizing skills

  • Strong proactive problem solving skills, decision-making, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills with all levels of management and staff.

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Human Resource, Hospitality, Psychology, Public Relations, or equivalent
