Town & Country Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, engaging individual who loves working with people and is curious about new technology. As a Collab: Tech Specialist, you'll help members and guests explore our interactive Collab: Tech space, where technology and community come together.
This isn't a technical support or IT role, it's about making technology approachable, showing people how to use it, and helping them feel confident with tools like our mobile banking app, voice AI, and other digital solutions. We'll train you on the technology, we just ask that you bring enthusiasm, people skills, and willingness to learn.
At Town & Country, we believe progress happens when people connect, share ideas, and learn together. Collab: Tech is our way of creating a welcoming, hands-on space where guests can learn about and experience new technology in action.
Function and Responsibilities
As a Collab: Tech Specialist, your goal is to make technology approachable and engaging while fostering an environment where people feel encouraged to explore new ideas.
  • Welcome visitors and create a friendly, engaging experience in the Collab: Tech space.
  • Show members how to use our digital banking tools and other emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrate new products and services so visitors leave feeling confident and informed.
  • Act as a connector, introducing people to opportunities within the credit union and the community.
  • Support Collab events by assisting with technology demonstrations and engaging with attendees.
  • Stay curious and up to date on new tools so you can share them in simple, relatable ways.

Education & Experience
One to three years of similar or related work experience. 2-year college degree, or completion of special certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendor, or job specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
