The Opportunity
As a SAP EWM Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications. This role is pivotal in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through enhanced operational capabilities.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your commitment to excellence and strategic advising will drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration and utilization
- Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP supply chain applications
- Developing strategies for supply chain transformation and performance improvement
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomes
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine solutions
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and influence decision-making

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
