Job Description This role will entail bridging program-wide strategies, principles, and priorities, with assessments anchored on ground realities to fulfill territory imperatives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborates with Territory partners to fulfill tactical imperatives vis-a-vis national strategies

  • Provides consulting expertise to the Territories for value & demand-based decision making on network builds and prioritization

  • Drives build nominations vis-a-vis approved business principles

  • Secures Territory alignment and drives resolution for dispositions on new nominations, business casing results, prioritization and timing

  • Engages in field work and validates demand data using on-ground indicators

  • Validates and seeks to resolve CX findings using planning lens

  • Creatively approach planning process to serve the right demand w/ the right solution, right timing, and right cost

  • Opportunities identification for bottoms-up demand using on ground indicators, resolution of key gaps, and reaching consensus on plan to serve the requirement

  • Vetting of requirements and assumptions of stakeholders using internal data, customer insights, ground indicators, and technical expertise
