What You'll Do
  • Support attorneys with case management and document preparation
  • Draft, file, and manage legal documents through the Florida e-Filing Portal
  • Maintain calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Assist with discovery, legal research, and case progression
  • Keep accurate client records using Filevine, Microsoft Word, and Excel
What We're Looking For
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Experience in a legal assistant or similar legal support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Florida e-Filing and Filevine is a plus
  • Multi-state litigation experience is a plus
  • Must be able to commute to Maitland, FL and pass a background check
