Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric Care - Full-Time DAY and NOC shift

As the largest free-standing Level 1 acute psychiatric facility in Arizona, we provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance-use challenges.

Schedule Requirements
  • Willing to work a 12 hour Day shift 0700-1900
  • 3 12-hour shifts per pay period 36-hour work week. Rotation requires to work every other weekend. Willingness to do so.
  • Additional shifts are often available
  • NOC shifts are also available Full-Time 1900-0700
What You'll Do
As a Psychiatric RN, you will be an essential part of our clinical team, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
  • Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high-quality care
