• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, social determinants of health, and collaboratively develop treatment goals tailored to each individual.
• Engage in one-on-one counseling, providing empathetic support to clients confronting complex mental health issues and psychosocial barriers.
• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions focusing on shared concerns among clients, fostering a sense of community and belonging through psychoeducation.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions and measurable outcome goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention services including risk assessments and the creation of safety plans, ensuring the well-being of clients in urgent situations.
• Act as an advocate for clients by helping them navigate healthcare systems and access necessary community resources.
• Maintain compliant and confidential client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support clients from varied backgrounds.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
