Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, social circumstances, and treatment goals.
• Provide individualized, one-on-one counseling tailored to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on peer support, psychoeducation, and skill-building strategies addressing common mental health concerns.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Offer crisis intervention services including risk assessments, safety planning, and effective coordination with emergency resources, as needed.
• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate their access to essential services by helping navigate healthcare systems and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and treatment outcomes while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience, along with an appealing sign-on bonus.
