Our Floating Lead is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager implement and maintain current goals and incentives, working one on one with the Store Managers to implement efficient workflow and maintain a variety of store operational duties. This position will serve as a role model for all baristas by working efficiently in a productive manner with positivity and excitement to maintain a fun work environment.

  • Ongoing desire and drive to maintain knowledge in all franchise and corporate products, recipes, offerings
  • Immediate completion of all trainings to maintain peak knowledge for assistance to all employees and customers at all times
  • Continual excellence in communication with Baristas, Store Manager and Regional Manager
