Dalton PHC is proud to sponsor and support the next generation of skilled tradespeople through our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program. We partner with Hawkeye Community College to provide a structured, hands-on learning path that sets you up for long-term success in the plumbing industry.

Position Overview
As an Apprentice Plumber, you’ll earn while you learn. This program combines classroom instruction with real-world, on-the-job training under the guidance of licensed professionals. You’ll develop the skills needed to become a journeyman plumber while getting paid and avoiding student debt.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside licensed plumbers on residential and commercial projects

  • Learn installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems

  • Gain knowledge of safety procedures, codes, and industry best practices

  • Attend scheduled classes at Hawkeye Community College (sponsored by Dalton PHC)
