Job description

The Cocktail Server provide Food and Beverage service to all customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Place drink orders with the bartender or snack bar person.
  • Assist bartender with mixture of beverages (garnish, straws, etc.)
  • Complete daily cocktail server duties.
  • Take drink orders from customers.
  • Present a warm and friendly personality.
  • Maintain a professional image and appearance at all times.
  • Maintain workstation standards according to MO Health rules at all times.
  • Keep the casino areas clean at all times i.e.; ashtrays cleaned, pickup discarded drink glasses, bottles, plastic cups, napkins food containers etc.
  • Any reasonable request made by your immediate supervisor or lead and or any other manager.
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Follow all MO Liquor Laws.
  • Must stay in assigned sections when working with more then one person.
  • Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Performs any other duties as apparent or assigned by a lead or supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be familiar with tray service and knowledge of cocktail ingredients. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License and a Servers License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
