Summary of Position

Constantly collaborating with cross functional team members to get the project across the finish line. Interacting with internal and external team members while communicating project progress. Essential Job Duties

Communication:

  • Primary point of contact on assigned projects internally and externally
  • Preparing communication to team members and leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Prepare and participate in commercialization and other status meetings

Leadership:

  • Support and participate in project team discussions
  • Facilitating conversations as needed among the team members
  • Challenging team members to solve problems and made decisions
  • Influencing without authority to drive accountability

Management:

  • Project: notes, timelines, scope changes, risk mitigation, internal and external communication, escalation, and status reports
  • Ability to handle fast paced environments and frequent interruptions or changes with a positive attitude

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7 years’ experience working cross functionally at a food and beverage company, start-up or project management role
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Adobe Editor
  • Recognized as the hub of project communication, handle day-to-day decision making
  • Facilitating and hosting communication via phone, email, and in-person
  • Recognize scope change, upset conditions and knows who to talk to for support and escalation in a timely manner

Approximate Salary Range

$75,000 - $100,000 USD

The low end of the range reflects the starting salary for candidates with less experience or qualifications that meet the basic requirements for the position. The high end of the range reflects potential earnings for candidates with extensive experience, specialized skills, or qualifications above the standard requirements for the role.
