Summary:
As a senior member of the Player Development team, the Executive Casino Host serves as a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure their actions are in the best interest of the business. This position maintains and expands a portfolio of preferred high-value casino guests by encouraging trip frequency, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue. The Executive Casino Host provides elevated guest service, mentors Casino Hosts, supports special events, and acts as a key point of contact for guest issues in the absence of Player Development leadership. They will adhere to all CRCR standards, including but not limited to elevated comping guidelines, procedures, internal controls, and sales goals.

Position Functions
Essential Functions:
•    Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering a clucktastic experience.
•    Maintain and expand a portfolio of preferred high-value casino guests by encouraging frequency of visits and building strong relationships.
•    Meet or exceed assigned sales goals related to player visitation, ADW, and revenue generation.
•    Evaluate, play, and issue comps based on established department matrices, with elevated approval authority for high-value guests and special requests.
•    Coordinate complimentary amenities, special services, hotel accommodations, transportation, and hospitality for identified guests.
•    Create, develop, plan, and execute targeted special events on and off-site; assist Marketing with brand promotions and VIP events.
•    Actively pursue and introduce new high-level Guests using personal network, community events, and property networking.
•    Market the property and all applicable promotions and special events through telemarketing, email, in-person contacts, and direct outreach to inactive players.
•    Increase visitation and ADW of Guests through deep understanding of Guest patterns and personalized relationship management.
•    Promote the Players Club loyalty program and ensure successful enrollment of new Guest.
•    Mentor, train, and provide feedback to Casino Hosts on guest service standards, SOPs, account transactions, and departmental philosophies.
•    Serve as primary point of contact for guests and team members when Player Development leadership is not on property; resolve guest issues and escalate as needed.
•    Interface with Database/Analytics, Table Games, Slots, Hotel, Credit/Cage, Food & Beverage, and other departments to identify opportunities and ensure seamless guest experiences.
•    Prepare reports on assigned player activities, potential, and performance as directed by leadership.
•    Maintain confidentiality of guest information and the integrity of CRCR player database information.
•    Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on property events, promotions, and gaming offerings
•    Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
•    Must be at least 21 years of age.
•    High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Casino Host, Executive Host, or in a comparable casino player development/ sale role; prior casino management experience a plus.
•    Previous Casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience with a strong track record of relationship-driven revenue generation.
•    Relevant Guest service/ FOH experience with high-value clientele.
•    Strong understanding of Casino Rewards/ Players Club programs and how they drive loyalty.
•    Familiarity with Casino CRM/CMS/ player tracking software (e.g. OPTX, Baily CMP, IGT, or similar).
•    Familiarity with current table games and gaming machines.
•    Excellent phone etiquette, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
•    Proficient in conflict resolution and guest recovery.
•    Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
•    Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Previous executive/ Senior Casino Host experience.
•    Experience with promotions special event planning, and VIP event execution.
•    Experience mentoring or training junior hosts or team members.
•    Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
•    Knowledge of Title 31/ AML compliance and responsible gaming practices.
