Responsibilities
- Demonstrates outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines.
- Prepares and serves beverages, following standard practices and recipes.
- Maintains cleanliness and safety of work and guest areas.
- Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment at all bars and canteens, replenishing as needed in accordance with procedure.
- Maintains stock of paper products on storage shelves.
- Communicates supply orders to Food & Beverage supervisory staff, in a timely manner.
- Picks up and delivers supplies from Food & Beverage storeroom and receiving dock.
- Administers bartender breaks.
- Monitors guest consumption of alcohol, intervening as needed according to established practices.
- Operates the POS system to reconcile sales.
- Maintains cash drawer, balancing at shift end.
- Coordinates beverage service with cocktail servers to maintain an efficient service flow.
- Attends departmental and company meetings, as required.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English.
- Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:

- Internal Controls
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations.

- Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs.
