This position is a full-time, hourly role working fully on-site role at World of Coca-Cola (Atlanta, GA). Remote/hybrid options are not available for this role.

Currently, World of Coca-Cola is the main attraction for The Coca-Cola Company. Itwelcomesover 1 million visitors per year and has become one of the key touristexperiencesin the region. TheGroupsCoordinatorat World of Coca-Cola is the first point of contact for clients looking to enjoy our world class attraction.The primary responsibilities of this role are data entry and responding to customer inquiries by phoneandemail as well as training team members on processes.This roleis responsible forensuringPCIcompliance (privacy and data protection) for reservation ticketing systems for The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.

Key Functional Duties:

  • Customer Service/Communication
  • Provide stellar customer service in all communications (via phone and email) with clients and internal partners.
  • Serve asfirstpoint of contact for incoming inquiries(groups, events, internal requests)and represent The Coca-Cola Company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Act as concierge andassistwith itinerary planning for guests visiting Atlanta.
  • Deliver consistent andaccuratemessaging ofprotocols and procedures.
  • Escalaterequests whenappropriateandsetguest expectations forresponse times.
  • On-SiteLiaison between Sales and Operations Team
  • Assistwith training ofCoordinatorsandAmbassadoroperationsteam members on reservations/eventsprocesses andwelcominggroups upon arrival.
  • Partner with operations team onspecialrequests and arrival instructions.
  • Data Entry and Sales
  • Coordinate and process all phases of reservationsviaphone and email with high accuracy.Followupto reconfirm upcoming group arrivals/events, update reservations,andprocesspayments.
  • AdministrativeProjects
  • Performgroup sales administrative duties including conference preparation, shipping, and customer gift assembly.
  • Other dutiesand special projectsas assigned.

Required Skills:

  • 1+years' experiencein reservation, customerserviceor administrativerolepreferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Role is on-site at World of Coca-Cola

  • Gateway Ticketing System experience preferred

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to enter dataaccurately, adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produceaccurateresults in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizationalandadministrative skillset

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to self-manage

  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with teams from all levels of the organization

  • Excellent written and oral skills

  • Impeccable guest/customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills: positive non-verbal cues, active listening, flexibility, dependability, and high degree of patience

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, commonfractions,and decimals.

Educational Requirements

  • High school Diploma or/ GED equivalent required

  • College Degree preferred
