Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, design,  coding, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications and reporting systems.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of strong COBOL (w/embedded SQL) development experience
It would be nice to have a candidate with Business Objects experience.
This is a Unix Development environment , some experience with Unix commands and shell scripting is desirable.
Candidate needs to be exceptional communicators with strong client facing consulting profile.
Working experience in creating and maintaining Business Objects using Deski Reporting, Webi Reporting tools
Basic knowledge of Unix commands and shell scripting
Experience in MicroFocus - NetExpress is preferred
Knowledge in Welfare system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
Team player who can work effectively in a team environment
Ability to troubleshoot and follow escalation procedures to resolution
