This position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring wind-up equipment to maintain proper material tension, taper, and overall quality while adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Coating Operator inspects raw and finished materials, handles tools and materials using appropriate equipment, completes required production and inventory documentation, and maintains a clean, organized work area. Strong teamwork, clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to company values are essential to supporting smooth operations and meeting customer expectations.
This is an entry level position.
Starting Pay: Based on experience
1st Shift
Required Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5am-3pm
Friday: 5am-1pm
Optional Hours:
