Coating Operator Description
The Coating Operator plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, on-time production by safely and efficiently operating the wind-up function at the end of the coating process. This position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring wind-up equipment to maintain proper material tension, taper, and overall quality while adhering to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Coating Operator inspects raw and finished materials, handles tools and materials using appropriate equipment, completes required production and inventory documentation, and maintains a clean, organized work area. Strong teamwork, clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to company values are essential to supporting smooth operations and meeting customer expectations.
This is an entry level position.
Starting Pay: Based on experience
1st Shift
Required Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5am-3pm
Friday: 5am-1pm
Optional Hours:
Saturday or Sunday
Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
Overtime: Available & we are looking for someone eager to work extra hours.
