THE OPPORTUNITY

The DC manager will lead a supervisor and 6 distribution center associates. You will drive the DC operations and team performance by adopting Michelin's pillars of People, Profit and Planet to grow and by empowering the team to accomplish tactical and critical initiatives including Safety, Service, Efficiency and Cost.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead and grow high-performing teams by creating a work environment that encourages ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Set clear direction and priorities by aligning team goals with site and company objectives while ensuring the right staffing and resources are in place.
  • Coach and develop talent through career planning, ongoing learning opportunities, and clear, timely feedback.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with established processes, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and improve performance by tracking results, addressing gaps with action plans, and continuously enhancing operations, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Build strong external relationships by representing the company professionally and fostering positive connections with the local community and stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 5 years ofleadership experiencemanaging teams in a logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to adapt to and lead change.
  • Warehouse Management System experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Business experience (budgeting, cost approach, customer centric)
  • College degree preferred.
