Job Description

  • Set up and operate CNC milling and machining equipment to manufacture precision components to engineering specifications. Perform machine setup, programming, tooling selection, machining operations, and quality inspections while ensuring adherence to production and tolerance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines and related equipment.

  • Perform machining operations including contouring, boring, milling, and precision cutting.

  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications.

  • Select tooling, determine machining sequences, and adjust machine parameters.

  • Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.

  • Verify product quality and compliance with specifications.

  • Support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience operating CNC Mills.

  • Experience operating CNC Lathes.

  • Experience with CNC programming (Mastercam/MCAM).

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Experience with precision measurement and inspection tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 5-Axis Machining.

  • Experience with live tooling CNC Lathes.

  • Experience with Wire EDM.
