Job Title: CNC Machinist (Milling)

Location: Bartlett, TN
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components while meeting strict quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, can interpret engineering drawings, perform machine setups independently, and consistently manufacture parts to close tolerances.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines for production.
  • Edit or program CNC machines using G-code as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Select tooling, perform tool changes, and adjust machine offsets.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality throughout production.
