If your answer is yes, you may be the CNC professional we’re looking for in Jackson, TN, 38305. Picture yourself taking a print, planning the tooling and sequence, dialing in offsets, and producing components that meet spec every time—while keeping the shop safe, organized, and on schedule.

You will
  • Own the setup and operation of CNC equipment to deliver precision parts.
  • Use drawings/blueprints to determine tooling, programs, and machining paths.
  • Watch each run closely and make smart adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running at their best.
  • Verify completed parts for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Work with teammates to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Uphold safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
You bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNC technical training preferred.
