Job description

Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living and Memory Care is meeting candidates for CMA's, CNA's Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. We currently have prn shifts on all shifts, a FT CMA (med. techs.) on the 3-11 shift, 2 FT CNAs (or med. techs.) on the 11-7 shift, and 2 PT C.N.A. positions on the 11-7 shift. We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for the FT positions and a $500 sign on bonus for the PT positions (paid after 6 months of employment). We also offer a $1,000 referral bonus to staff who refer a candidate to us if we hire them and they remain employed after 6 months. We are well regarded by our residents, their families, and regulatory agencies. It's a great place to work for those who like a high standard expectation of resident care, who can work well with co-workers, and take direction/feedback from supervisors.

We offer competitive pay, and we pay most of the cost for staff health, vision, and dental insurance. Staff have access to a 401k, and a good PTO plan.

Pay ranges from $16.50/hr. to $22.48/hr. depending on years of certification, and what specialty areas of our building that you are assigned to.

You must be reliable, must come to work with a positive/happy attitude, and be willing to learn, jump in to help others, avoid gossip/drama, and work hard with us to take care of residents daily. Our management team have been in place for years, and many of our core good staff have too.
