JOB SUMMARY
Completes or coordinates all clubhouse and facility repairs, grounds maintenance and general preventative maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  1. Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LBM.
  2. Performs minor repairs, including light bulb changes, plumbing, minor electrical and HVAC repairs, painting and other preventative maintenance.
  3. Ensures that all building maintenance, repair and cleaning activities are identified, scheduled and completed timely.
  4. Ensures that all trash is properly removed from the clubhouse and its premises.
  5. Responds to emergencies at any time.
  6. Collects maintenance and work orders from department heads for approval by the General Manager.
  7. Maintains inventory of cleaning, maintenance, repair and related supplies.
  8. Assists with preparation of special functions, parties, tournaments, etc., by setting up tables and chairs, installing decorations and constructing display pieces.
  9. Assists with housekeeping as necessary including cleaning toilets, sinks and floors, vacuuming, dusting windows, doors and shelves, replacing toilet paper and paper towels, laundering and folding linens and towels.
  10. Maintains all current building and safety codes and complies with all safety regulations.
  11. Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
  12. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.
  13. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
  14. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  3. Mechanical aptitude and safety conscious.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  1. High school education required, college degree preferred.
  2. 1-year building maintenance experience.
  3. Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling 50-75%
