We're looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead, coach, and develop our talented team of therapists while helping shape the future of one of Ohio's most innovative children's behavioral health programs. This role combines clinical leadership, staff development, quality improvement, and a limited therapy caseload, allowing you to continue practicing while making a broader impact on children, families, and clinicians. What You'll Do
As the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical staff while ensuring exceptional care for the children and families we serve.
Clinical Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop licensed therapists and clinical interns
  • Support Therapy Services with coaching and performance management
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing staff development

Quality & Compliance
  • Monitor documentation quality and clinical outcomes
  • Conduct clinical audits and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards, CARF requirements, and payer expectations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome reporting

Clinical Practice
  • Maintain a reduced therapy caseload
  • Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapy
  • Support families through evidence-based interventions
  • Provide consultation on complex clinical cases

Program Leadership
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve clinical workflows
  • Assist with community presentations and professional outreach
  • Promote best practices and evidence-based care
  • Participate in rotating after-hours clinical consultation

What We're Looking For
Required
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure
  • Experience providing therapy to children and families
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of post-independent licensure clinical experience
  • Experience training interns or clinicians
  • CARF or quality improvement experience
  • Experience within PHP, IOP, or intensive outpatient behavioral health

Physical Requirements
This position requires occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds), frequent movement throughout our treatment environment, and the ability to safely respond to behavioral crises involving young children. Work involves exposure to active therapeutic environments that may include loud noise, emotionally escalated situations, and physically aggressive behaviors.
