Now Hiring: Saint Joe's- Respite Clinical Service Manager (RN Required)
Location: Sharonville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours | On-Call Required


Are you a compassionate nurse leader ready to make a meaningful impact?
Saint Joe's is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Respite Clinical Service Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee respite services for individuals with developmental disabilities, guiding a compassionate team in delivering exceptional, person-centered care.


What You’ll Do:
  • Provide nursing oversight for ICF Respite and Alice House Community Respite programs.

  • Develop and train staff on Individual Specific Trainings (ISTs) for guests.

  • Assist with delegated nursing classes as assigned.

  • Interview, hire, and onboard new nursing staff.

  • Create and implement training/onboarding schedules for new team members.

  • Oversee payroll, evaluations, PTO approvals, and disciplinary actions for the respite team.

  • Develop prevention plans for UIs and MUIs and monitor implementation.

  • Work across multiple campus locations as needed.

  • Participate in on-call rotation.


What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Minimum age of 18.

  • Previous nursing leadership experience required; management experience preferred.

  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) is a plus.

  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
