    The Clinical Supervisor/Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role within Kin Etic Behavioral Health by providing clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for licensed and pre licensed clinicians. It also oversees and supports the daily operations of designated clinical programs, ensuring high quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between administrative and clinical teams. This position ensures that all therapeutic services meet KBH’s standards for excellence, comply with state regulations, and align with organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and audit ready documentation practices. The Clinical Supervisor/Program Coordinator supports the Clinical Director in maintaining a structured, accountable, and clinically sound environment that prioritizes client safety, staff and program development, and operational integrity.
  • Job Description
    • Provide weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision to LMSWs, LGPCs, interns, and other assigned supervisees.
    • Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
    • Support supervisees in developing clinical competencies, ethical decision‐making, and evidence‐based practice skills.
    • Maintain supervision logs, competency evaluations, and board‐required documentation.
    • Participate in onboarding and training of new clinical staff and interns.
    • Conduct routine chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and state board standards.
