Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Coordinator to support a mission-focused federal IT program in Washington DC.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Join Everforth ECS Federal to support day-to-day program coordination, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and Agile delivery activities for a secure federal IT program. You will work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment supporting teams that deliver systems, infrastructure, and technology services that enable national security and law enforcement operations.
The Program Coordinator will help organize and execute program activities across federal IT delivery teams by tracking actions, schedules, meetings, metrics, status reports, deliverables, Jira and Azure DevOps items, and program documentation. This role will support recurring reporting, maintain program artifacts, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and help ensure program information is accurate, organized, and available to program leadership, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, support Agile delivery practices, maintain strong documentation discipline, and help drive accountability across workstreams in a secure, fast-paced federal IT environment.
  • Minimum 7 years federal IT project/program support experience
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, resources, and cross-functional delivery
  • Experience supporting SLA/KPI tracking, operational reporting, or service delivery management
