Department: Operational Intelligence

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days 

Pay: 38.72 - 58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Gathers and analyzes information. Forms and tests hypotheses. Develops and communicates recommendations to support senior level decision making using advanced analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Builds descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data models to address complex operational and clinical needs. Ensures validation and reliability of analytics.
  • Identifies operational and clinical questions and defines scope, requirements, and analytical approach for analysis.
  • Designs thoughtful and effective data analysis and visualizations via excel, Power BI and other tools; looks at data from a different perspective to add new insights and intelligence for end-users
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with key stakeholders in operational, clinical, and other departments to meet shared objectives.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
