RN Director of Clinical Operations needed to support healthcare clinic. 'The Clinic Operations Director, under the direction of the Chief Ambulatory Officer, is responsible for providing overall leadership and management for all clinics, including RHC, specialty clinics and convenience care. This position is responsible for assuring excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes. The Clinic Operations Director works with staff to plan, develop and implement changes to existing operational and health care processes to meet current and future clinic service’s needs. Accountable for managing, coordinating and planning patient care and business services functions and activities, which include; assuring that a high quality of patient care and satisfaction standards are achieved, adherence of established medical practice standards and proficiency, nursing excellence, reception, registration, scheduling, frontline patient services and accounts receivable, and physician scheduling protocol management to include outreach site coordination. Decision making to manage daily functions and work toward continuous improvement in a team environment is a crucial element of this position. Must have 5 years of healthcare experience and 5+ years of clinical operations experience (preferred). Charting system : Epic. Unit Overview : Rural Health Clinic with one additional location in Littlefork, MN. 2 physicians and 5 NPs. Specialty Clinic with 1 full-time Ortho PA, 2 PT OBGYNs, Dermatology, Rheumatology, leased space for Sanford providers. Typical Staffing : 1 LPN per provider, 2 CNAs, goal to have at least 1 float in RHC. Specialty : 1 LPN per provider, LPN for nurse only visits, 1 triage RN...'
