One to One Health is looking for a Director of Clinical Ops to join our team!Under the general supervision of the VP of Clinical Operations, the Director of Clinical Operations will work to develop, implement, and evaluate the clinical process followed throughout the organization. The Director of Clinical Operations shares in the administrative functions that directly impact medical services and collaborates with the management team in overall planning. The Director of Clinical Operations assures delivery of high-quality services to all patients and is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships.Our mission at One to One Health is "Do good, Help others"! PTO, holidays, gym stipend, TextCare services, and additional voluntary products are also included in One to One Health's very competitive benefit package.Characteristic Duties:Responsible for the day-to-day management of staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinics and all its employees. Ensure staff is working productively and professionally.Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completion of payroll.Will make, at a minimum, one visit to the assigned clinics once per quarter to ensure staff needs are met, and the clinic is operating within standards.Participates in the recruitment and selection process for medical providers, practice coordinators, and clinic staff.Ensures completion of regular performance appraisals and evaluations for all clinical staff.Ensure the opening of a new clinic is successful and work directly with the client to improve their health-related culture.Develops and maintains client relationships and attends client meetings.Develops, monitors, and evaluates processes to achieve performance guarantees and patient satisfaction as set forth by clients.Assists with planning and development of new clinical programs.Demonstrates an understanding of One to One Healthโ€™s mission in performing all aspects of the position.Demonstrates a caring and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, vendors, and fellow employees.Providers urgent clinic coverage should the need arise.Responsible for ensuring patient needs are met. Monitor patient feedback and leads the process of resolving complaints.Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; implement/evaluate improvement projects as needed.Responsible for the coordination of all clinic services including but not limited to patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply management.Responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA. Responsible for legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance Process, DOH, and HIPAA.Serve as an on-site resource to support patients and staff, and ensure training and re-education are completed, as necessary.Ensure that office facilities and equipment are being maintained.Maintain clinic operating budgetsCommunicate effectively and immediately to management regarding site and staff issues, including escalating staff, patient, or facility issues.Focus on areas of opportunity and drive the One to One Health team to ensure we deliver the best clinical care and patient outcomes.Necessary SkillsFlexibility with quick critical thinking skills is essential.Analytical skills necessary to accurately follow the latest facility policies and legal regulations.Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.Skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals, including physicians, providers, nurses, medical assistants, and clients.Problem-solving skills to implement a creative solution that will not compromise patient care.Minimum QualificationsAt least two yearsโ€™ experience in practice management.Willing to travel requiredReporting RelationshipsPractice Coordinators at each clinic location report to the Director of Clinical Operations.
